International progamers at the Gaming Show for the ESWC Masters

The ESWC Masters will host 6 international tournaments which will gather more than 300 players coming from over 20 countries and 5 continents. Stakes will be high in Paris as champions will compete to win their qualifying slots for the ESWC Grand Final organised during the NVISION in San Jose(www.nvision2008.com), but also for an overall prize-money of 65,000 US$.

The selections were made among hundreds of applications sent to the ESWC Organizing Committee, according to various criteria such as: level and achievements, the international diversity of the attendees, and the national opportunities champions have to qualify for the ESWC Grand Final. The other French champions which will take part in the ESWC Masters will be announced on June 4 according to the ESWC French rankings (www.eswc.com/france).
